The Organizer accordingly indemnifies White Water Lodge against any claim arising out of the loss or damage to any such belongings and the Organizer waives any claim that it may have.

  9. The Organizer is responsible for any damages to White Water Lodge property and shall pay the amount due on receipt of written request therefore.

  10. All function sheets, which stipulate sequence of events, menu choices, beverage choices and accounts procedures, décor, staffing and any additional detail pertaining to the event must be approved and signed off 14 days prior to the start date of the event by the authorized signatory.
